The Program Coordinator (PC) will work under the supervision of the Clinical Provider and supports with all supervisory duties as needed within their scope of competency. As part of BCI, it is the responsibility of the PC to conduct various descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments (e.g., functional behavior assessments) and skill-based assessments (e.g., ABAS III, VB-MAPP, etc.) under the supervision of the Clinical Provider. The PC assists with behavior analytic interpretations of the results and supports with designing comprehensive ABA treatment plans based off of evidence-based practices and behavior analytic research literature. The PC provides training and supervision to Behavior Technicians, and other responsible parties tasked with the implementation of behavior analytic interventions. The PC then supervises and monitors treatment progress of a client through data-based progress monitoring. The PC also provides training to parents/guardians and other responsible parties for the client.
